Works For Me Wednesday #1

I haven’t done one of these in a long time but I think I will give  it a shot. I am not a fan of winter, much like Shannon herself, but one thing I love to do is bake. It keeps the front of the house warm and gives me tons of things to eat. I love it because I get to try new things. Last winter I made a lot of biscuits. Just about any kind of cheese biscuit you can think of. I was buying all kinds of cheese just to put in them, pepper jack, colby, aigo (I think that;s what it was), just anything so I can try it. Most of them I gave away but there were a lot that got put in the freezer to be eaten at a later date.

This winter i will be making them again but a different recipes as well as scones and muffins. I made scones for the first time last night and they.were. great. I am soooo in love with them. I will be making these again. A lot.
